Project Completion: Tumwater Corporate Park, Buildings A & B

The first phase of the Tumwater Corporate Center included clearing and the construction of Buildings 1 and 2.

Building 1: 199,917 square feet, 36' clear height, 36 dock doors, 4 at-grade doors, 125 parking stalls, 184 trailer stalls

Building 2: 199,950 square feet, 36' clear height, 44 dock doors, 4 at-grade doors, 115 parking stalls, 133 trailer stalls

A 4.4 acre stormwater retention pond borders the north end of the Phase 1 site, as well as a 3.3 acre portion of the original forest was left.

Located just off I-5 on 93rd Ave SW, the total 83 acre site is approved for an additional four buildings, which when completed would bring over 1.1 million square feet of industrial space to the region.
