Units feature bamboo vinyl flooring, quartz countertops, stainless appliances and 9′ ceilings. Uptown 11 also has a 9,500 square foot green roof with 2,145 square feet of roof deck amenity space, all of which offers sweeping views of the Puget Sound and the Space Needle.

On the ground level, CVS Pharmacy is the main commercial tenant occupying a 16,000 square foot space. Delivery loading considerations were taken in the design of the project, which required the design to accommodate a pre-existing alley that separates the project from neighboring Tribeca Condos.
