Project Completion: Pacific Gateway

A new, six building industrial park called Pacific Gateway in Kent, WA has been completed.

Bringing 823,606 square feet of new speculative industrial warehouse space to the region, this 73 acre development was partially built on what was previously the Boeing Kent Space Station.

Completed building sizes range from 38,000 to 342,000 square feet in size, with 24’ – 40’ clear heights.

    Building 1: 342,206 square feet, 40' clear
    Building 2: 63,325 square feet, 30' clear
    Building 3: 108,671 square feet, 30' clear
    Building 4: 99,641 square feet, 30' clear
    Building 5: 171,510 square feet, 36' clear
    Building 6: 38,253 square feet, 24' clear

Tenant improvements are currently underway.
