Located just off of I-205 in Vancouver, Washington, the Vancouver Logistics building is a 170,089 square foot speculative concrete tilt-up distribution center.

Built on a 8.9 acre site, the building has a 32' clear height, 30 dock-high doors, 4 at-grade doors and 187 parking spaces.
