Project Completion: LogistiCenter I5

Sierra completed Dermody Properties’ LogistiCenter I5 late this summer. Built on a 13 acre site in Lakewood, Washington, the 210,700 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial facility is just minutes from I5. The completed project features a 30′ clear height, 4 grade doors, 22 dock doors, 147 car stalls and 130′ truck maneuvering. This project is also a finalist for NAIOP’s 2017 Night of the Stars event.
