Located on a 82.78 acre site owned by the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, Building B of the Frank Albert Industrial Park was completed in February of 2025. The 138,926 square foot speculative industrial building has a 32’ clear height, 28 dock-high and 2 grade-level doors and 132 parking stalls. Building B was developed on a 10.58 acre area within the overall site.
Over the course of 2025, two tenant improvements were completed in the building. The initial improvement was for Tahoma Global Logistics, which included remote restrooms, 1,000 square foot office build-out and 25 dock levelers. Exterior work also included secured, 6.4 acre lot for truck and trailer parking.
On the north end, a build-out was completed for signage and print company Cole Graphics (which has since rebranded as Tahoma Print & Manufacturing). Tenant improvement scope included 9,898 square feet of open and enclosed offices, conference rooms, storage and lab rooms. It also included 19,000 square feet of manufacturing area, and an additional 18,000 square feet of future manufacturing area complete with paint booth.
Additional site work also included 1,000 linear feet of new roads built to city standards.
