Project Completion: The Cubes at Troutdale

Sierra has delivered its second industrial project in the Troutdale Reynolds Industrial Park in the last two years.

The Cubes at Troutdale is a new construction 349,080 square foot speculative industrial and logistics facility, developed by CRG Real Estate Solutions.

This speculative concrete tilt-up has 84 dock-height and 4 drive-in doors, and a 36’ clear height.
