Project Completion: DWA5

DWA5 is a build-to-suit for a private tenant. The 112,138 square foot concrete tilt-up in Maple Valley, WA, has a 34' clear height, a 55,000 square foot van loading canopy, 15 dock-high doors, 6 high-speed overhead doors, and a 12,447 square foot office buildout. The 34 acre site included the rough-in of 446 electric vehicle charging stations. Sitework included the construction of 36,600 square feet of soil nail and 24,550 square feet of soldier pile retaining walls, with architectural facing. Project scope also included the construction of a new right-of-way extension to SE 231st through the project site.

Offsite work involved right-of-way improvements to existing Witte Rd, including widening, new pavement, striping, and construction of a new intersection.
