Willow Crossing is a new construction, affordable housing apartment building located in South Seattle. Breaking ground Spring 2020, it will be 7 stories high with 1 level of below-grade parking. In total, the project will provide 211 affordable residential units, including studio, 1 and 2 bedroom floorplans. Willow Crossing will also feature a large rooftop deck, a public plaza along MLK Jr Way, as well as commercial tenant space at the street level.
