Bridge Point Kent 300 is a new state of the art development featuring Class-A industrial buildings totaling 300,307 square feet. Construction began on Kent 300 in Q1 2021 with the demolition of REI's former 169,081 square foot campus.

Building A is 46,725 square feet and features 32' clear heights, 11 exterior docks, 102 stalls for car parking and 2 drive-in doors.

Building B is 253,582 square feet and features 36' clear heights, 32 exterior docks, 27 stalls for trailer parking, 296 stalls for car parking, and 2 drive-in doors.

In the Southwest corner of the 15.85 acre site, a 24,751-square-foot park is 100 percent accessible to the public during business hours. The public plaza features several walkways, commercial benches, picnic tables, synthetic turf bocce ball court for nearby employees and residents. The development team also advocated to retain several existing mature trees to add to the street appeal and stand out from the surrounding industrially-focused area.
