The largest building to-date in the Redmond Ridge Business Park, Building #113 is a 129,687 warehouse with a 24’ clear height. Sitework included clearing of the 8.75 acre site which logged 100,000 MBF of timber. The site grade also resulted in a cut-to-fill of 10-15’ on the west side of the site, 20’ of fill to the east and a 20’ retaining wall on the NE corner of the site. The 570’ long building will be constructed with 60 tilt-panels and have 14 dock doors, 2 on grade drive-in doors and a 7” slab. This project is currently under construction and is due for completion in early 2020.
Redmond Ridge 113 is the eleventh building Sierra has constructed since 2006 in the commercial district of the Redmond Ridge community, which includes warehouse and office buildings.
