New Project: Lakewood Logistics, Building C

Work is underway on Building C of the Lakewood Logistics Center. This project includes the construction of a speculative 205,030 square foot warehouse with 3,160 square feet of office space. The completed building will have a 36′ clear height, (4) 12’x14’ drive-in doors and (41) 9’x10’ dock-heigh doors. The truck court will be concrete from the dock to the back of the trailer stalls, spanning 180′. Sierra began sitework for this project at the end of this summer and it is due for completion in the Spring of 2020.
