Breaking ground this month is IPT Tualatin. This project includes the new construction of a 157,230 square foot speculative manufacturing building on a 9 acre site along the north side of SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd. The concrete tilt-up building will have a 32’ clear height and have 4 overhead doors; 36 dock and 4 at-grade. The building is set up to handle up to four tenants. The completed project will also have 158 parking spaces. This project is due for completion later this year.
