New Project: IPT Tacoma Logistics Center

NP IPT Tacoma

Sitework began early this year on a 58 acre site in the Port of Tacoma, which was previously the site of the Simpson Lumbermill. Sitework included demolition of the remaining lumbermill structures, and the majority of the site was paved. The completed project will add over a million square feet of industrial warehouse space which is much needed in the area, with a historically low vacancy rate in the Port of Tacoma and surrounding areas. Building A will be 280,525 square feet with a 32′ clear height, plus a 3,000 square foot mezzanine over 3,000 square feet of finished ground floor for office space. Building B will stand at 828,620 square feet with a 36′ clear height, which will have a 6,000 square foot mezzanine over 6,000 square feet of finished ground floor for a total of 12,000 square feet of office space. The building layouts will provide tenant spaces as small as 60,000 square feet. This project is due for completion in 2018.
