New Project: Gayteway Business Park, Building F

The fourth building to be constructed in the new Gayteway Business Park industrial development, Building F is a 116,902 square foot speculative warehouse. The completed building will have a 30' clear height, 21 dock doors, 2 drive in doors, and a 30′ clear height.

The 54 acre site was formerly home to Northwest Hardwoods and the Weyerhaeuser log mill.

Building F is due for completion later this year.
