Employee Spotlight: Kris Milarii

Meet Kris, one of Sierra's Superintendents. Presently on the home stretch of the CenterPoint E Marginal project he has been with the company for 15 years now.

Life before Sierra? He worked a little bit of everything from low volt wiring to heavy equipment operating, including installing miles of fence and working on somewhere around 1000 decks. His experienced focused around residential work, and found Sierra in pursuit of the commercial side of construction. "Construction is what Iv'e always had a passion for. Its an amazing feeling to see a project through from start to finish knowing you had a hefty role in its success. At the end of the day, it just feels good." His favorite project to date is Georgetown Crossroads, which is just down the road from his current CenterPoint E Marginal project.

His advice for prospective Sierra candidates? "Give it a shot! I'm glad I did. 15 years in and I still love what I do every single day."
