Project Update: CenterPoint E Marginal

The project team at CenterPoint E Marginal wrapped up 2022 with the final tilt, enclosing the structure with 110 wall panels.

Located just south of Seattle, this new industrial building is being constructed on a 25 acre site located on the Duwamish Waterway in Tukwila, Washington. Sitework began in September of 2021 with the demolition of multiple pre-existing structures. Substantial shoreline restoration along the Duwamish River is also in this projects future scope. 

When completed, this speculative 414,000 square foot distribution center will have a 40' clear roof structure.

This project is due for completion in April of this year.
