New Tacoma living: The Henry

Henry-124-Edit 2

The Henry, a brand new 161 unit mixed use project in the heart of Downtown Tacoma, hosted a grand opening event last Thursday with guided tours to the public and remarks by Mayor Marilyn Strickland. Developed by The Henry Group, the project not only has numerous resident amenities but also public waterfront patio space, esplanade and ground level retail opportunities.

The newest project on Thea Foss Waterway, The Henry offers amenities not typically found in Tacoma living. Pet friendly with a roof-top dog run and deck, other features include concierge services, secured tenant parking garage, a fitness center, as well as a tenant clubhouse and patio space.

A short distance from the Tacoma Dome, University of Washington Tacoma, multiple restaurants, ‘Museum Row’ which includes the Museum of Glass and Washington State History Museum, all just minutes from I5, Thea Foss Waterway is quickly becoming a popular place to both live and visit.

The leasing office is now open, offering floor plans from studio to two bedrooms with a den. Rooms boast waterway and skyline views with a private balcony.
