Have you driven by the office lately? It is definitely looking more and more like an office building! Roof decking is being installed this week. Our goal is to have it dried in by the 1st of the year. Then, we can begin the TI work come January!
With the sitework and utilities essentially completed before fall, the site has fared well with the rain and traffic. The asphalted driveway has definitely been beneficial for getting equipment and materials to the main floor of the sloped site.
