New Hire: Matt Frause

Frause, Matt

Join me in welcoming our newest Project Manager, Matt Frause!

Matt comes to Sierra with over a decade of project management experience. He framed houses growing up, and after graduating from Central Washington University he worked on civil infrastructure projects (earthwork, sitework, utilities, highway, etc). "My favorite and most notable project was building a 1400LF steel bridge for Conoco Phillips in the Alaskan Arctic. Spent two winters on the North Slope of Alaska."

So why construction? "I've always liked building things and meeting new people. I started working when I was about 13, working for a friend's dad. Then I started wood framing from age 16. I am a hands on person who has tremendous appreciation for the field. Construction allows me to build things and work with others. We all can't work for Google."
