Justin grew up in Yakima, Washington. Before starting his construction management career, he worked as a mechanic as well as construction laborer. "From the time I was a little kid I remember going to contruction sites with my dad, and started to enjoy the ins and outs of building things. Once I grew up I knew I wanted to get a degree and work for a General Contractor. You can say I was born to be in the construction industry."
While pursuing his Business Management degree at Washington State University, Justin heard about Sierra through a career fair. He was an intern with us for Summer 2020; but when COVID-19 happened and in-person schooling wasn't going to happen for his Senior year at WSU, Justin stayed on part-time while he finished up his degree.
Now, Justin has graduated and he officially joins the Sierra family as a Project Engineer!
What is your dream vacation?
Going to Athens Greece. I have always loved mythology and think everything about Greece is incredible.
