Stryker Business Center Wins Industrial Development of the Year

Stryker Business Center came home with the 2015 NAIOP Industrial Development of the Year award from the Night of the Stars.

A partnership of IDS Real Estate Group and Clarion Partners, the a three-building, 1.25 million-square-foot distribution park is located in Kent. Amazon leased two buildings totaling more than 1.1 million square feet for a distribution center, and is Amazon’s BFI4 and BFI5. Brighton Best International leased the third building, which has 125,000 square feet.
