Project Description
Sierra Constructions new headquarters in Woodinville, WA was completed in the summer of 2019. The site’s steep grade allowed the building to be built into the hillside, utilizing a daylight-basement style 28 stall parking garage topped with a 13,250 square foot single story office space. The building features board-formed concrete walls, exposed wood joist and hybrid truss roof structure, exposed structural steel and aluminum storefront. Site landscaping includes gabion retaining walls and green screens around the parking structure. A 30’ high soil nail wall was also built to retain the hillside above the additional 21 stall surface parking lot.
