Project Description
The Carmax Lynnwood store is one of three Carmax dealerships opened in 2017, which will be the first in the Puget Sound region. Carmax Store No. 7250 in Lynnwood has 400 sales display parking stalls and 180 parking stalls for customers and employees, a car wash and a 20,000 square foot sales and service building. The 8.55 acre site was previously home to Detroit Autoworks and originally a Safeway, which was demolished in 2014.
