A part of the company since 1992, Nancy has been involved in the development of the company through human resources, as well as implementing accounting and management systems. In addition to overseeing contract administration and accounting, she manages all aspects of employee relations which include acquisition, recruiting and hiring, as well as employee engagement and retention. Nancy enables staff to get the most out of their jobs through developing career growth opportunities, which creates an employee-oriented, high performance culture and a superior workforce. Nancy graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
