The Sumner Ridge jobsite is taking shape. Project teams have wrapped up the roofing for both buildings, and Building B is getting paint and has tenant improvements underway.
Construction began on this 13 acre Sumner site June 2019. Building A will be 113,500 square feet with 28 dock doors, and Building B will be 110,000 square feet with 27 dock doors. Both buildings will have a 30’ clear height. Building B is already leased to a tenant that requires underground work to prep for their office and equipment. Sitework includes extensive reforestation to the surrounding property to remove non-native species and replanting of native trees and plants; approximately 5,400 trees and nearly 14,000 shrubs and ground cover plants will be planted around the site. Offsite work includes over ¼ mile of restoration and reconstruction of W Valley Hwy adjacent to the property. Challenges on this site include a 100’ elevation change from the main roadway to the finished floor of the buildings.
This project is due completion this Spring.
