Project Update: SeaPORT Logistics Center

Earlier this year, Sierra Construction wrapped up SeaPORT Building 1; a 141,000 square foot speculative warehouse on a 7 acre parcel in the new 100 acre SeaPORT Logistics Center development. Building 1 has 30 overhead doors, 4 drive in doors and a clear height of 36’.

This week, crews are working on the roof structure of Building 2; a 268,000 square foot speculative warehouse on a 9.3 acre parcel. Located just east of the recently completed Building 1, this project will have over 200 trailer and car parking stalls, and a 36′ clear height. Building 2 is due for completion this fall.
