The Harvest project in Woodinville will reshape a site that has been in limbo for over a decade. It will bring an all new destination, retail and living experience to the Hollywood Hill area of Woodinville.
The first phase of development broke ground in 2022 for The Yard, a six building mixed-use hub which will become the heart of the new development. With a central public plaza, the six buildings surrounding it are a variety of sizes and features to accommodate a diverse array of commercial tenants.

- Building 4: 14,500 square feet
- Building 5: 7,000 square feet
- Building 6: 54,000 square feet
- Building 7: 25,000 square feet of retail plus roof deck
- Building 8: 26,000 square feet
The Yard will also include two levels of underground parking; a much needed amenity to the Hollywood Hill district.
Being built to the south of The Yard, The Somm. Hotel & Spa will be a four-story luxury destination. Complete with 165 fully amenitized hotel rooms, a 4,200 square foot spa, 15,000 square feet of outdoor event area, meeting rooms, 4,000 square foot restaurant and bar, plus a 3,000 rooftop bar and plaza, The Somm. will be a unique addition to the city of Woodinville.
