Project Update: First Glacier Logistics

First Glacier Logistics building was tilted last week in Sumner, WA.

Work began on First Glacier Logistics in October 2018. Built with a total of 55 tilt panels, limited slab space resulted in two separate tilts to successfully close the building exterior. This new distribution facility will be a total of 66,000 square feet, with a 30’ clear height. First Glacier will also feature 18 exterior dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, and over 60 parking spaces. This project is due for completion Spring of 2019.
