Project Update: AGC Heat / Townsend Industrial

Construction began last fall on a 63,075 square foot shell and tenant improvement construction project on a 3.8 acre site in Fairview, Oregon for AGC Heat Transfer. Built by concrete-tilt up construction, this building will have 5,959 square feet of office space with the remaining portion dedicated to manufacturing, warehouse storage, and assembly. Mackenzie is the architect and Dermody Properties is the developer. Crews tilted this month, working with NessCampbell Crane. Tenant improvements will begin in March, with the complete project scheduled to wrap up in June 2020.
