Sierra received final Certification of Occupation this month for the DCT’s White River Corporate Center Phase II North, also known as the ‘Chinook‘ building.
The 251,437 square foot Chinook has a 32’ clear height and offers 200’ truck courts with a 60’ concrete truck apron. A 7” warehouse slab and an average column spacing of 52’ x 50’ and 52’ x 60’ creates a wide range of tenant possibilities. Upon completion of the building shell, a 3,055 square foot speculative office build-out was completed.
Gaia Development was the project’s LEED consultant. In working closely with Carlile Coatsworth Architects, the Chinook received Core and Shell LEED Silver Certification in December.
