Project Completion: Woodbridge Corporate Park, Buildings A & B

In the park-like setting neighboring Weyerhausers past headquarters, two class-a speculative industrial buildings have been added to the Woodbridge Corporate Park. Constructed on 32 park-like acres, the building facades were designed to blend with the natural environment and provide innovative space to support logistics or commercial needs.

Building A is 225,882 square feet, with 255 vehicle and 30 trailer parking stalls.

Building B is 214,050 square feet, with 249 vehicle parking stalls.

Each building has a 32' clear height, as well as 35 dock-high and 2 grade-level doors.
