Project Completion: Tradesmen Electric

This project resulted in a new office, warehouse and storage space for Tradesmen Electric company in Battle Ground, Washington. Scope of work included a tilt-up concrete structure with 6,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of warehouse space, as well as a secured parking lot with 20’ wide swinging gate, 47 paved parking spaces and a gravel outdoor storage yard. The warehouse is divided into two sections; one as a repair/maintenance shop for equipment and vehicles and the other features a storage mezzanine and multi-use storage space. A total of 9 sectional overhead doors provide multiple access points within the warehouse space. Finishing touches include a glass canopy entryway with steel post and tapered concrete columns, aluminum storefront panels and a two-story open-concept lobby.
