Turner Construction is the construction manager and Callison is the design manager.
Sierra’s subcontractors include: Alpine Development, earthwork/utilities; Artector, masonry; Sessler, metal-stud framing/drywall; Queen City Sheet Metal & Roofing, roofing; State Mechanical, plumbing; Airflow Mechanical, HVAC; and Quality Electrical, electrical.

Sierra’s team is led by project manager Alex Leighton and superintendent Keith Liebhauser.
