Project Completion: Tacoma Screw

Sitework began on the former site of Gig Harbor Athletic Club earlier this summer, making way for a new fulfillment center for Tacoma Screw Products.

The 9.17 acre site is located just north of the Tacoma Narrow’s bridge. The completed Order Fulfillment Center building features just over 96,000 square feet of interior space, including a 5,000 square foot retail store, all within an 80,000 square foot footprint. 

The company's 21st branch, it will open early next year for business after completing the automation system by Dematic North America.

Tacoma Screw Products, Inc is the owner/developer. The project team also includes Tahoma Design Group, AHBL Engineers and Geoengineers.
