Project Completion: SeaPORT Logistics, Building 2

Building 2 in Tarragon’s 2.4 million square foot SeaPORT Logistics Center is a 268,000 square foot speculative warehouse on a 9.3 acre parcel. Completed this fall, Building 2 is located just east of the recently completed Building 1, this building has a 36′ clear height, 39 dock doors, 4 drive-in doors, 54 trailer parking spaces, and 176 car parking spaces.
