Pacific Gateway North is a 45 acre planned industrial park located in Kent, Washington. The five buildings will range from 113,000 square feet to 230,000 square feet, with clear heights ranging 30' - 36'.
The first two buildings to be constructed are Building 5 at 230,000 square feet, and Building 4 at 109,000 square feet.
Totaling over 770,000 square feet, this development is due for completion in the fall of 2022.
