Project Completion: Ridgefield Commerce Center

This is a 117,000 square foot Class A industrial building broke ground May 2019. Completed January 2020, the Ridgefield Commerce Center has a 30’ clear height with a 6” reinforced concrete floor. A speculative build, this project is designed to be divisible down to 21,922 square feet to accommodate multiple tenants. This building has 28 dock-high doors and 4 grade level drive-thru doors. Located at 5504 S 11th St, this building was completed on a 10 acre parcel in the 40 acre industrial subdivision called Ridgefield Commerce Center.
