The largest building to-date in the Redmond Ridge Business Park, Building #113 is a 129,687 warehouse with a 24’ clear height. Sitework included the clearing of the 8.75 acre site which logged 100,000 MBF of timber. The site grade also resulted in a cut-to-fill of 10-15’ on the west side of the site, and 20’ of fill to the east and a 20’ retaining wall on the NE corner of the site. The 570’ long building has 14 dock doors, 2 on grade drive in doors, a 7” slab and was constructed with 60 tilt-panels. .

This is the eleventh building Sierra has constructed since 2006 in the commercial district of the Redmond Ridge community, which includes warehouse and office buildings.
