Project Supersonic was the first project in the PNW for mid-west based developer Scannell Properties.
The 125,048 square foot, speculative industrial building features three office nodes, 32' clear height, 45 dock-high and 4 drive-in doors. The 15.5 acre site included 123 parking stalls, a 1,120 linear foot MSE wall, as well as a 540' x 80', 1.8 million gallon cast-in-place stormwater detention vault.
