The final phase of PowderMill Business Center at Seaway Center in Everett has been completed. Consisting of two buildings totaling 144,425 square feet (Building C at 82,825 square feet and Building D at 61,600 square feet), the 30′ clear height Business Center offers flexible tenant spaces to accommodate a variety of tenant sizes.
Phase 1 of this project included significant sitework for the 35 acre wooded, heavily sloped site, and required cut and fill of 200,000 cubic yards of material. Phase 1 also included the construction of Building A (108,660 square feet) and Building B (119,145 square feet).
The project team also included developer Panattoni and Lance Mueller & Associates.
