Project Completion: Portside 55 North

The first phase of Avenue 55’s Portside 55 (known as ‘Portside 55 North’) has been completed.

This phase included the construction of two buildings, which total 207,000 square feet.

Building A: 155,000 square feet
Tilted using 82 wall panels and 11 ramp panels

Building B: 51,900 square feet
Tilted using 48 building panels and 8 ramp panels

The two buildings share a 175,000 square foot truck court.
