Project Completion: Neumeier Engineering (Tilt 348)

Known as Tilt 348 during construction, the Neumeier Engineering building is a new construction tilt-up building located in Federal Way. The building is a 79,000 square feet warehouse and has a 30′ clear height. The project was initially a speculative build for developer Panattoni, and was then purchased by Neumeier Engineering as a build-to-suit with a 7,000 square foot office build out.

Neumeier demised the north third to lease out on their own in the future. Due to the proximity of a wetland, the project scope also includes a storm infiltration gallery.
