Project Completion: IPT Tualatin

IPT Tualatin has been completed.

This project included the new construction of a 157,230 square foot speculative manufacturing building on a 9 acre site along the north side of SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd. The concrete tilt-up building has a 32’ clear height and has 40 overhead doors; 36 dock and 4 at-grade. The building is set up to handle up to four tenants. The completed project has 158 parking spaces.
