Project Completion: IPT Lakewood Logistics V

Phase V of the IPT Lakewood Logistics Center included the construction of a 144,872 square foot speculative warehouse on a 7 acre site. This building has a 36’ clear height, 23 dock-high doors and 2 drive-in grade doors. A tenant improvement was completed in the northern half of the building for a private tenant with 3,535 square feet of office space. Offsite work also included improvements to Woodbrook Drive, and adding a lane to 150^th.
