Recently completed, the Frederickson 50 project is a 60,200 square foot Class A industrial warehouse space to in the south area of Frederickson. The speculative building features LED lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system, 1,500 square feet of office space, and a 51,000 square foot yard area.
