Project Completion: DSE8

This 118,515 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution center was a build-to-suit project that broke ground January 2020. The 36’ clear height building has a 7.5” slab on grade pad. The completed project has a 12,100 square foot office buildout, a 58,000 square foot van loading canopy, 11 overhead truck dock doors and 6 high-speed overhead doors.

The 30 acre site has pervious pavement parking stalls, 250 roughed-in electric vehicle charging stations, and a 72,000 square foot infiltration gallery.
