Wilsonville's first industrial warehouse has been completed. Part of Wilsonville's master Coffee Creek Logistics Center, the 110,366 square foot speculative concrete tilt-up warehouse has a 30' clear height, 20 dock-high doors, 2 at-grade doors, over 70 parking spaces on a 5.8 site. The scope of this project also included frontage improvements to Clutter Road.
