Project Completion: Bridge Point I-5, Phase 2

Phase 2 of Bridge Industrials I-5 development in Milton, WA, which included the construction of three speculative industrial buildings, has been completed.

Building 2:

  • 461,277 square feet
  • 70 dock-high doors
  • 2 at-grade doors
  • 40' clear height


Building 3:

  • 330,449 square feet
  • 56 dock-high doors
  • 2 at-grade doors
  • 36' clear height


Building 4:

  • 124,799 square feet
  • 18 dock-high doors
  • 2 at-grade doors
  • 34' clear height


Each building also included approximately 3,000 square foot speculative office tenant improvements. 

Due to the slope of the 62 acre site, sitework also included 56,000 square feet of soil nail and 35,000 square feet of MSE retaining walls. The first phase of the 118 acre total development, which included site infrastructure and the construction of Building 1, was completed in 2023. For more information on this project, you can visit https://bridgepointi5seattle.com/
