BP200040621D-105-Edit

Bridge Point Auburn 200 is a 203,127 square foot speculative concrete tilt-up distribution center.

The 11.47 acre site was previously owned by Supervalu and has since been unoccupied. With several partially demolished buildings left onsite from the 1960's, the redevelopment process includes environmental remediation after being vacated for 10 years. The site borders Union Pacific Railroad, as well as the Auburn School District bus depot.

This new class-A industrial building has a 32’ clear height, 33 dock-high and 3 drive-in doors, concrete truck courts up to 280’, 33 trailer spaces and 114 parking stalls.
